The Space
As soon as you enter the front door, the sheer size of the property will astound you. Seemingly straight out of a magazine, this house is beyond elegant. Featuring an earthy color palette and tropical furnishings, you will notice the myriad of green plants around the home that perfectly match the vibe. An entertainer’s dream, the estate boasts four social areas, all sized generously and oozing charm. If you are an engaged couple and looking for the destination wedding of your dreams, Villa Boheme can fit up to 60 guests. Your guests will be treated to spectacular service and surroundings, as well as the utmost privacy.

When it comes to dining, you will be spoilt for choice between eating alfresco or enjoying a meal inside. There are two indoor dining rooms, with one table seating 12 people and the other seating 8 people, while the outdoor dining table seats 10 people. The house comes with a chef who can whip you up gourmet meals or feel free to use the state-of-the-art kitchen to show off your culinary skills. The kitchen features a large island-style bench and is fully equipped with accessories and utensils, a wine room and more.

There are elegant and cushy seating areas all over the house. Enjoy an evening cocktail in the main indoor living rooms, admiring the coral stone floors and relaxed ambience while you soak up the warm nights. If you’d like to curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the smart TV, the family room is ideal.

Rest assured, you will have a fantastic night of sleep in this villa. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully curated, with plush furnishings, cozy beds with high-end linen and beautiful color schemes. The main bedroom overlooks the lake and golf course and features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Another three bedrooms also feature king-size beds and the two remaining bedrooms feature two full-sized beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a smart TV, local cable, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The grounds are sublime. Filled with palm trees and an assortment of various tropical plants, you would be forgiven for believing you are in paradise on earth. The green lawns are perfectly manicured and the entire outdoor area has been landscaped. The sparkling blue pool looks out onto the lake and golf course with seating areas and sun lounge chairs surrounding it – perfect for lazing in the sun while enjoying a cool drink. There are many spots to entertain outside, perfect for a sunset soiree.

Furthermore, you can partake in a spot of golf or tennis, ride bicycles and even hit the ocean for a plethora of water sports, if you wish. Fishing, kayaking, parasailing, sailing, scuba diving, surfing and water skiing are available for you, right on your doorstep.

Daily housekeeping, a chef, a butler and a concierge service is included in your stay to ensure you have a seamless experience.

Guest Access
In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Puntacana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, a tennis centre, two golf courses, Six Senses Spa the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our limo drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.

Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.

For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area.

When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

The Neighborhood
The villa sits in the Puntacana Resort & Club, a gated community.

Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye’s La Cana and Tom Fazio’s Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.

Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.

Getting Around
The villa is just 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes from Cap Cana, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.
