Villa Serenatta | Dazzling Beachfront Villa With Swim-Up Bar

Be prepared to be blown away by this luxurious five-bedroom villa with 180-degree views directly onto the sparkling turquoise ocean. The owners of Villa Serena have spared no expense when it comes to decadence and creativity. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully curated to represent the owner’s travels across the world and you can expect a theme in each suite. The outdoor and indoor living areas seamlessly merge into one and you would be forgiven for thinking you are living on your own mini private island.
The Space
From the moment you step foot into Villa Serena, you will continually be dazzled. Built from predominantly woods and stones, the detail in every corner of this home is impressive. Natural light fills the majestic mansion and a cool breeze can be felt throughout. Well-known architect Antonio Imbert and interior designer Patricia Reid, truly had a ball creating this house. The owners’ brief was that they wanted the home to reflect their travels and memoirs and this is evident throughout the abode.

Relax with family or friends in the stunning, huge lounge area located in the center of the villa. Undercover but completely open on one side (you can close it off if you wish), relax on the delicious couches with a cocktail in hand while looking out at the long lagoon infinity pool or even better, the palm trees and the ocean. There is a state-of-the-art sound system installed so you can enjoy your favorite beats.

Indulge in your meals at the 14-seat dining room table in the ‘indoor’ living room or dine alfresco under the cabana at the 6-seat table. Speaking of food, you will find a modern, open-plan, and well-equipped kitchen in Villa Serena. The kitchen itself is gorgeous, with mint green tones and marble benchtops. Blend up a smoothie or whatever you fancy or have the villa’s cook whip up all your meals.

The bedrooms of the villa are stunning, each one themed from a different place from around the world. The piece de resistance is the amazing aquarium in the middle of the master bedroom, aptly named the ‘Aquarium Room’. This suite sleeps two guests in a king-size bed with views over the garden. The master suite is also an armored safety room. The Colonial Room sleeps two guests in a king-size bed. Each piece of furniture has been hand-picked and styled accordingly. The Asia room sleeps four guests in two double beds. The red and black color scheme is unique and features an ancient door, bamboo mirror, and Teka banquettes. The Africa Room sleeps four guests in two double beds and the Dominican Room sleeps two guests in a king-size bed. The Dominican Room has been adorned with gorgeous artworks and paintings and is truly a feast for the senses. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and all look out onto the green gardens.

Heading outdoors, the undercover walkways are protected from the elements but still make you feel like you’re in the jungle, with gorgeous greenery flourishing everywhere. The luscious pool looks out onto the ocean and has a swim-up bar so you can enjoy a cocktail looking out onto the white-sand beach. If you were to ever tire of the pool (unlikely!), you can simply wander a few meters down the back of the garden and enter the beach from your private gate – heaven!

Guest Access
In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, a tennis centre, two golf courses, Six Senses Spa the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our limo drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.

Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.

For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area.

When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.

The Neighborhood
The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.

Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye’s La Cana and Tom Fazio’s Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.

Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.

Getting Around
The villa is just 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes from Cap Cana, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.
